How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?

A successful healthcare placement for me would be getting clinicians where they want to be. Having them be absolutely elated when I am able to share with them that we have the job! Be it location, financial independence, or whatever it is they may be looking for in a travel contract.

If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it? The ability to read minds to help me know exactly what the clinician is looking for to help me secure their dream jobs!

I am a dedicated individual who excels in nourishing relationships, focused on advocating for my clients. I thrive in team dynamics and value enthusiasm. I studied and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Pre-Law. Some of my closest friends would say I am an optimistic person, my internal motto is "Every day is a great day if you make it one."

- Rotating between binging true crime podcasts, financial podcasts, and fitness-related podcasts, exploring with my family, and daily nature walks and meditation.

- A successful healthcare placement for me means meeting my travelers' needs, fostering strong relationships, building trust, and ensuring a great experience during their assignment.

- If I had a superpower, I'd choose to fly. This way, I could explore different parts of the country to provide better insights to my travelers and meet them in their new destinations without sacrificing family time.

Hey everyone and welcome! Here's a little snippet of my life, so hope you enjoy! I've been a recruiter for almost 4 years now and I've loved every second of it! From meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals to getting to know my colleagues in healthcare, it has enhanced my life tremendously.
