I have recruited travel nurses exclusively since 2006 and love what I do! I work with some of the best facilities in the country and I love to help my nurses reach their personal and professional goals. I was born and raised in the mountains of NC and live in Charlotte with my wife and 3 kids. I have 2 sassy but precious french bulldogs named Bayleigh and Bentley who rule the house. I am a huge nerd with a love for all things Star Wars, DC Comics (especially wonder woman) and Dr. Who.
I’ve been in healthcare recruitment for 12 years now, and I’ve loved every minute of it. At PRN Healthcare, I’m known for being detail-oriented, super organized, and fully committed to helping each person I work with find the right fit—not just a job, but a place where they can thrive.
Growing up in Wisconsin gave me a strong sense of community and the value of real connection. That’s something I carry into my work every day. For me, it’s not just about filling roles—it’s about building relationships that last and making sure every assignment feels like a win for both the clinician and the facility.
Hi! Diana here! I am a Senior Recruiter for Loyal Source, hiring a variety of candidates to our MDE contract. I have been a recruiter for almost three years and was a teacher/athletic director prior to that. I am positive, outgoing and a huge advocate of gratitude.
My life motto is "You are right where you are meant to be". Let's see if Loyal Source is the next step in your life journey!
Professionally I have done a little bit of everything. After I graduated high school I became a plumber and after 4 years of school and working fulltime I became a licensed journeyman plumber! I was a plumber for about 10 years before I transitioned into various sales rolls as I was sick of killing my body, working in crawlspaces, attics, and other fun stuff that comes with being a plumber.. (LOL) I also taught snowboarding for 10 years. I have taught hundreds (if not more) of people how to snowboard! I'm a passionate teacher who understands that everyone learns differently and its up to me to be adaptable and accommodating in my approach and to make it fun or what's the point!?
With over a decade of experience working in healthcare, I understand the demands and fast-paced nature of the medical field — and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to make your travel experience smooth, rewarding, and even a little fun. I pride myself on strong communication, transparency, and building genuine relationships with the nurses I work with, many of whom become lifelong friends. Outside of work, I’m a passionate sports fan, lover of live music, and dog mom to the best pups: Charlie and Frankie!
Hi - I'm Ashley! I am a retired Wedding Specialist and former consultant of the USGA who helped plan the 2013 & 2021 U.S. Senior Open here in Omaha, Nebraska! I decided to make a transition after I had my two girls to be able to spend more time with them. I LOVE this industry so far and can't wait to make life-long friendships and help therapists travel the WOLRD! I also like watching Michael Jordan re-run tapes, fishing, anything outdoors, listening to Taylor Swift and spending time with my family.
I have been recruiting travel nurses and techs in all specialties since 2000. I've been named Recruiter of the Year by Healthcare Traveler Magazine three times. By building lasting friendships with each of my travelers, I'm able to work toward the goal of keeping them working with me throughout their entire travel career. Before becoming a healthcare recruiter with TNAA, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 12 years in various duties around the world. I live in Florence, South Carolina, with my wife of 26 years, 2 children and a 2 dogs.
One of my travelers said, “Ron is like a brother and part of our family. Never have I picked up the phone and he did not respond. He always called to check on me even when he didn’t need anything. That makes me feel special and appreciated. That’s why I keep coming back and sticking with him. Ron is a very hands-on recruiter and makes sure you are content throughout your assignment.”
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I graduated in 2016 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University after a career change from tourism and marketing in Chicago, IL. I began traveling right after I passed the boards and got to experience almost every setting from sea to shining sea. From Ohio, to North Carolina, and then Washington, I loved my life as a travel PT! With friends new and old along the way, travel therapy let me hike, eat and explore all across the country. Whether it's seeing the sunrise in the mountains of Asheville, NC or trying new food next to Puget Sound, I am so grateful for all that travel PT allowed me to experience.
