How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?

A successful healthcare placement for me would be getting clinicians where they want to be. Having them be absolutely elated when I am able to share with them that we have the job! Be it location, financial independence, or whatever it is they may be looking for in a travel contract.

If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it? The ability to read minds to help me know exactly what the clinician is looking for to help me secure their dream jobs!

My name is Josh, and I am the Business Development Manager for Cell Staff, working hand in hand with the Alaska Department of Corrections! My job is to open doors for our healthcare professionals by securing partnerships with premier facilities nationwide. I’m here to ensure that every placement we make is backed by a strong foundation of trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence in patient care!

I am a Navy Veteran. I enlisted in July of 2008 and was honorably discharged in July of 2013. During that period, I served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman with Marine Corps units and served in Afghanistan in 2010 and all around the world in 2012 as a part of an Emergency Response Force.

I grew up in Boston and moved to Tampa in 2015. I have been with Cell Staff for the last 6 years, and to watch it grow into what it is now is an incredible sight to behold. When I am not recruiting, you can typically find me spending time with my wife and two sons out and about in the Tampa area, usually at a brewery or two.

Growing up in Boston, I am a die-hard Boston Bruins fan, so if you like hockey, let's talk hockey.

I am a big wave, big storm, shark & surf loving guy who recently got into running marathons. If it has to do with adrenaline, I'm all about it! Last year, I swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco which was pretty nuts! I do like collecting seashells with my kiddos, as well!
