I was introduced into the "Recruiting world" roughly 10 years ago. I had attended a warehouse open house hiring event as an applicant and ended up an internal employee. I was helping candidates with their paper applications and the Branch Manager was working the event by herself and appreciated me helping her with everything. It wasn't expected, but every since then I have been able to perfect my craft. I have about 7 years of staffing experience in many different areas such as: direct hires, daily labor, construction, IT, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and customer service positions. I am currently in my junior year at University of West Georgia for my Business Management Degree. I love to play lacrosse with my daughters and just being active in sports. I have been playing lacrosse since I was 8 years old and even got a scholarship for college. Now, it is a sport I would love to past down to my girls and watch them play from the stands. I have a desire to help people get to the next level and achieve goals.
I started my journey in staffing in August 2018 as a Campus Recruiter with Liberty Mutual. It was there I realized staffing was the industry for me. However, I felt like something was missing. My passion and education was in healthcare management and public health and I wasn't using it. I knew I needed to get closer to the healthcare sector. From there I opened my own business that partnered with my State's Department of Health and Human Services to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. This allowed me to stay within career services but also connected me to public health. Due to the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to close my business and my pursuit for the right role continued! In January 2022, I joined CoreMedical Group and it has been the best decision I have made in my career thus far. My role here allows me to stay within staffing and keeps me connected to the healthcare sector. I love helping clinicians find assignments that meet their wants and needs.

Funny story- my mom said when I was younger, that I would go about spreading joy to others by striking up conversations with random people, especially if I knew they were having a bad day.; she said that I would not stop chatting until I was able to make them smile.
